Human Resource Programs

HR Boot-Camp

A program designed to provide core competencies in human resources for direct and immediate application to real-world workforce situations.  This program will support HR professionals and assist them in effectively developing and managing employees. Individuals enrolled in this program will obtain an overall  “tool kit” of information and resources covering various areas, which can be immediately applied in their workplace.

Why Boot Camp?

Ill-fated or misinformed decisions at an administrative level may carry lasting consequences and financial ramifications.   In many smaller companies, the responsibility of overseeing and managing human resources often falls to an individual who is multi-tasking and juggling job functions to accommodate a wide range of needs.  In reality, small companies face the same HR concerns and liabilities as large companies but often are less equipped to deal with them.  The HR Boot Camp is a well thought out recipe to equip new and existing HR individuals with better tools and support for greater success.

Who Should Attend?

Although the program is most applicable to an administrative support professional with human resources (HR) as a dual role/responsibility, all HR personnel will benefit from this program.  If you are a HR professional just entering the workforce, a supervisor or manager who has HR responsibilities, or a HR professional whose experience has been in one functional area, or even a seasoned manager, you can benefit from the scope and depth of the material provided in each of the fundamental areas of human resources..
