Non-Profit Management Certificate Program

The Certificate I program is designed for front line staff seeking to transition into a managerial capacity, new supervisors, and supervisors seeking to improve their effectiveness. The Certificate I program addresses fundamental skills and knowledge, supervisory effectiveness and covers the essential do’s and don’ts that employees acting in a supervisory capacity need to be attentive to. A Certificate II program will  be developed in the near future and will address higher level issues more relevant to non-profit governance including boards, finances, strategic planning, branding, fundraising and sustainability.

Schedule: 5:30 – 8:30, Mondays, May 6, 13, 20, June 3, 10, 17, 24, and July 1, 2013.
Cost: Tuition for the core 24 hours is $395, (electives not included)

Becoming a leader is a journey—a journey to develop the skills and confidence necessary to effectively change how we respond and interact with others.
