Real Estate Salesperson

This 75-hour course meets the education requirements specified by New York State pursuant to new laws effective July 1, 2008 for those who wish to obtain a real estate salesperson’s license. It covers the following topics related to an understanding of real estate markets: Real Estate Instruments, Law of Agency, Financing, Valuation and Listing Procedures, Contracts, License Law and Regulations, Human Rights, Fair Housing, Closing Procedures, Land Use Regulations, Introduction to Construction and Environmental Concerns.
