Tuition and Costs

Once you have registered for classes, our services in the MyCCC portal allow you to view your bill and see your financial aid status online.

Tuition for Fall 2012, Spring 2013 and Summer 2013

The full-time tuition rate is set at $1,975 per semester for a New York State resident and at $3,950 per semester for non-residents.

The part-time tuition rate is set at $165 per credit hour for a New York State resident and at $330 per credit hour for non-residents.

To qualify for the New York State tuition rate, students residing in New York State must complete a Certificate of Residence.  Certificates must be filed within 30 days from the start of the semester.  Forms are available in Student Administrative Services where we will assist you in completing it and will notarize it for you as well.

If you have been a resident of New York State for at least one year immediately preceding the date this form is filed, you should qualify for the New York State tuition rate.

Financial Responsibility Agreement:

By registering for classes at Corning Community College, I acknowledge and agree that:

  • I am personally and legally responsible for any charges incurred at the College, including but not limited to tuition, fees, books, child care, parking, library fines, etc.
  • I am responsible for dropping or withdrawing from classes I decide not to attend and I am responsible for any financial liability that may accrue from such action.
  • If my financial aid is reduced or canceled, I am responsible for any resulting charges on my account.
  • If my account becomes delinquent:
  • A 1% per month late payment fee will be charged to my account.
  • If action is necessary to enforce collection of my account, I will be responsible for all reasonable costs of collection (currently a minimum of 25%), as well as attorney fees.
  • I will be blocked from registering for future courses and a hold will be placed on all of my grade reports and transcripts.
