October 7 William Kunstler, civil libertarian defense lawyer, spoke on “Sexism, Racism and Justice.”
October First TV show of “Community Camera” with Walter Smith, focused on local artist John Runyon.
October 10 Dr. Robert Frederick resigned as President of CCC.
November 11 Jeff Whittaker, a CCC student, was taken into custody on charges of disorderly conduct after a demonstration protesting classes being in session during Veterans’ Day.
