MACHS or Mid-Atlantic Consortium of Human Services is an organization of Human Service Educators, Practitioners, and College/University Students from states in the Mid-Atlantic region. Corning Community College’s Human Services Department hosted the April 2011 Conference at the Corning Community College Spencer Hill Campus and the Radisson Hotel in Corning, New York, with a conference theme of "Supporting, Connecting and Strengthening: Human Services in the 21st Century".

The New York State Engineering Technology Association (NYSETA) is an organization of college-level engineering technology instructors, from schools all over New York State. For more than 30 years, this organization has been holding bi-annual conferences in which developments in technology and technology education are discussed. Corning Community College’s Mathematics, Physics, Technology and Engineering Science Division hosted the October 2009 NYSETA Conference at the Corning Spencer Hill Campus.

This annual conference is co-sponsored by the teaching and learning centers of Broome, Corning, Onondaga and Tompkins Cortland Community Colleges, and the SUNY Center for Professional Development. Full and part-time community college faculty share their expertise and offer innovative teaching techniques in small groups. The conference rotates around the upstate NY region, with the three colleges alternating responsibility as host. Corning Community College’s Center for Professional Development hosted the October 2009 Conference at the Radisson Hotel.

Corning Community College and the Academy for Leadership and Development from Mesa, Arizona hosted the Northeast Leadership Academy in July 2009 & 2010 at the Corning Radisson Hotel. This year-long leadership training program includes a practicum, coaching/mentoring program, and online support services.
