Compliance with Laws

The President of the College has ultimate responsibility for Affirmative Action and assigns the operation and implementation of the program to the College's designated Affirmative Action Officer. As such, the Affirmative Action Officer is responsible for the maintenance of the written Affirmative Action Plan, chairs the Affirmative Action Committee, and is responsible for the maintenance of all necessary records needed to comply with federal and state laws governing Affirmative Action programs.
