Basic theories and principles of black and white photography. Includes basic camera handling, photographic chemical preparation, 35 mm roll film processing, projection printing and controls, photographic lighting, and methods of using black and white film. (3cr. hrs.) (ASN) Students must supply their own camera and photographic supplies; rental cameras are available through the College. Darkroom facilities will be made available. Course enrollment is limited to a maximum of 15 students. Lecture/activity. Fee $50. Meets General Education requirement in the Arts.
