Multivariable calculus. Topics include parametric equations, polar coordinates, vectors and their applications to problems of motion and solid analytical geometry, functions of several variables, partial differentiation, multiple integration, line integral, Green's theorem, and Stokes' theorem. (4 cr. hrs.) (Fall).
Prerequisite: MATH 1620. A graphing calculator is required; Texas Instruments TI-83 or TI-84 recommended. Meets SUNY General Education requirement in Mathematics.
