A problem-solving course covering free body diagrams, vectors and vector computations, force systems, moments of forces, couples and equilibrium. The concept of kinematics; the study of displacement, velocity, and acceleration as related to both straight line and curvilinear motion. (2 cr. hrs.) (Fall).
Prerequisites: MATH 1230 and PHYS 1010. Lecture/laboratory.
