Teaching

Courses and programs focus on applied and integrated learning.  Take health and wellness concepts, theories and information and discover how they can increase and transform personal and professional health and wellbeing.  Classes typically spend a quarter of the time on lecture and the majority of the time learning from discussions, project based learning and practical experience that will be useful in the workforce as well as personal life. Acknowledging one pathway does not fit all, instruction is dynamic and filled with passion and purpose. Courses help complex health science information come to life and have a partner to assist in utilizing this information in the ways that make sense individually.

Grounded in the latest, ever changing science and research, nutrition labs have opportunities to prepare and try new foods, stress management and meditation classes provide a variety of easy, evidence based techniques for managing stress.  Life and Recovery Coaching classes equip you with communication skills for more positive interactions in all of your relationships.
