Deborah Dunbar

Deborah Sandore Dunbar has been teaching business and office technology courses at CCC since 2000, first as an adjunct, then full time term, and now as an Associate Professor. Her past work experience includes employment at World Kitchen, Inc. as a Sales Financial Analyst, and Purolator Products as a Marketing Coordinator and Secretary to the Director of Marketing. 

Dunbar brings real-world experience to her classroom, and has been certified in the Company Classroom Management Style, where students are able to work in a real-world atmosphere. Here they are considered "employees." Dunbar also has completed Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator Training, focusing on strengths, and is a 2013 graduate of the Leadership Academy at CCC. She is a Certified Administrative Professional with an Organizational Management specialty through IAAP. She also sits on many campus committees, and participates as a leader in college governance. 

Dunbar graduated from CCC with an AAS in Business Administration, SUNY Empire State College with a BS in Business, Management and Economics, and has a MA in Business Policy. She enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening and downhill skiing.
