Personal Glimpse

“I have spent much of my life around machinery and manufacturing, starting out as a young child helping out in a family gunsmithing business. I am a strong proponent of Manufacturing and believe that it is vital to the well-being and strength of our economy and our nation.  I grew up in a working class family on the eastside of Elmira and am a 1st generation college graduate. I also believe that education is a lifelong pursuit and is important. When I was given the opportunity to come to Corning Community College to teach machining and technologies, I viewed it as a way to support both manufacturing and education and also as a way to give back to the community.”
