SUNY Corning Community College and SUNY Upstate Medical University have partnered to promote the easy transition of graduates of SUNY CCC to SUNY Upstate Medical University.

Transfer Paths Include:
  • BS - Respiratory Therapy
  • BS - RN-to-BS Nursing (Online)

Students who are accepted by SUNY Upstate will be guaranteed full junior status upon transfer providing they have completed all prerequisite courses for their intended program of study. Courses with a grade of C or better are eligible for transfer credit. All science courses must include laboratories. Students who meet the pre-requisites as outlined and complete their program of study at Upstate will meet SUNY General Education Requirements. Students admitted to SUNY Upstate through this agreement will be subject to the same non-academic pre-matriculation requirements that may be in place for students admitted through other channels including, but not limited to, successful completion of a background check and health clearance.
