SUNY Reimagine Scholarships

Are you looking for a new career, but don’t want to spend two or more years in college? SUNY Corning Community College has a wide variety of micro-credentials and credit and non-credit certificate programs designed to help you get the skills needed for a high-demand
job in our region.

SUNY Reimagine Workforce scholarships will fund tuition, fees and books for short-term training programs designed to be completed in 15 or weeks or less.  These programs lead to high-demand jobs with local companies.  Programs in Healthcare include

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant

Certified Peer Recovery Advocate  (non-credit only)

Certified Phlebotomy Technician

Pharmacy Technician

and the our AWS Certified Welding program leads to high-paying positions in manufacturing.  

Both New York and Pennsylvania residents who are at least 18 years old are eligible for the scholarship.  Preference will be given to people who are currently not working or working in a job that does not pay a living wage.
