Throughout my nursing career, I have witnessed how critical strong mentorship is to retaining dedicated, capable nurses. I am driven to teach because I want to shape a healthcare culture defined by rigorous evidence-based practice, high clinical standards, and unwavering peer support. As an educator, I prioritize creating an approachable learning environment where students feel confident coming to me with questions, tackling complex skills, and growing into compassionate leaders who strengthen the nursing community.
