SUNY CCC Ranked 5th Best Community College in New York State
CORNING, N.Y. -- SUNY Corning Community College was ranked as the fifth-best college in the state of
New York, according to a ranking conducted by EDsmart. SUNY CCC was ranked fifth out
of 121 two-year academic institutions in New York State.
EDsmart’s rankings are based on a composite score derived from several key indicators: salary after attending, average net price, retention rate, and four-year graduation rate.
These factors contribute to the overall score, reflecting the economic value, affordability, student satisfaction, and academic success.
Of the top five institutions, SUNY CCC had the lowest net price ($6,818) and the highest retention rate (59%).
