Accreditation
The degree programs described in this catalog are registered with the New York State Education Department and are approved by the State University of New York Board of Trustees. The College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE). Corning Community College's next Self-Study for reaccreditation is in 2024. (ACEN), 3343 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 850, Atlanta, Georgia, 30326. ACEN may be contacted at 404-975-5000 for program information. SUNY CCC is fully accredited by the Veterans Administration for educational benefits to qualified veterans under existing applicable public laws. Corning is also accredited under Chapter 35, Title 38, U.S.C. (a program of educational aid for children, spouses, and survivors of veterans whose deaths or permanent total disabilities were a result of injuries or diseases received from their military service).
