Emma

Emma E. Donegan Scholarship
The Emma E. Donegan Scholarship was established in memory of the late Emma Donegan, a lifelong Corning resident, and a woman ahead of her time. As a young woman she was excited to get her driver’s license, attend a business college, and have a career outside the home. These were all things that were uncommon for a woman of Donegan’s generation. Emma was always an active member of her community and spent many hours volunteering with her parish at St. Mary’s Church and the Corning Hospital.
