Nogaye Ka-Tandia is the  Chief of Staff & Secretary to the Regional Board of Trustees. In this role, she serves as a trusted aide, thought partner, and advisor to the President on significant and sensitive issues. She plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, decision-making, and the execution of decisions. She is responsible for a broad range of support for the office, including oversight of all operations of the President's Office, ensuring implementation of initiatives on behalf of the President, and advancing the leadership agenda through coordinated planning with the senior management team, engagement in state and federal governmental relations and through various assignments and special projects. She is also the Public Information Officer.

Nogaye started working at the College in 2010 as an HR Specialist. She was promoted to Human Resources Associate in 2017 before transitioning to the President's office in May 2020.

Ms. Ka-Tandia holds a Master's in Human Resources from Penn State University and a BS in Psychology/Human Resources from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania.
