Participants get an overview of how their whole organization functions and makes basic
financial decisions in a simulated environment. Participants will be able to generate
improvement activities for a fictitious company and see how their decisions affect
the bottom line.
Student Learning Outcomes:
Participants will learn how to relate their daily actions and decisions to the company’s
profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Students will:
