Lean Six Sigma White Belt
Lean Six Sigma White Belt is the first level of training in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. It introduces the principles and tools used in process improvement, either operational or transactional.
Student Learning Outcomes: This training helps individuals understand the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and
equips them with basic problem-solving skills.
Students will:
• Obtain a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma.
• Be able to support a Lean Six Sigma effort.

Why this type of training is important to manufacturers:
Improving the effectiveness of business processes, both operational and transactional,
is often challenging. Many organizations resort to a “firefighting” method to solve
day-to-day issues as needs arise. Our Six Sigma training is a proven way to help organizations
combat these problems by eliminating defective processes and identifying the underlying
causes.
