Liberal Arts and Sciences: Childhood Education A.S. (Teacher Education Transfer)

This program is designed for students planning to transfer to a four-year institution, other than Elmira College, to pursue a degree in Education.

Graduates will have the skills and knowledge necessary to understand the aims of public education in our society, current trends in education, and the general roles and responsibilities of teachers. This knowledge will prepare them to pursue an education program at a transfer institution.
