Best Practices for Team Productivity

Using the concepts developed by Patrick Lencioni in his popular book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, workshop participants will explore their approach to teamwork and how to shape new behaviors.  Participants will complete a free DiSC assessment prior to the training and use these results to understand how to improve as a teammate.  Through knowledge-sharing about the roles of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Result in improving team productivity, participants will engage in active learning throughout this session.
