How to Drop an ACE Course
There are important dates to consider if a student is considering withdrawing from their ACE or High School CEO course(s). Failure to withdraw from a course will result in receiving the grade the student earned in the course.
To withdraw from a courses contact the ACE office at ace@corning-cc.edu or complete the form below. We are the only official who can withdraw a student from an ACE or High School CEO course.
Please note for ACE courses offered at the high school, the student can stay in the course for High School Credit ONLY and drop the college credit. The college needs to be contacted with the withdrawal by the dates below.
To drop an ACE course, students must fill out this form or log into your MyCCC account and submit a drop request. All notifications for Drops and Withdrawals must be sent to the ACE office.
Drop Deadline - If a course is dropped by this date - nothing will appear on your transcript.
Withdrawal Deadline - If a course is dropped by this date - a "W" will appear on your transcript and
you will still owe the Certificate of Residency and any book fees if applicable.
