  Representative works of architecture, painting and sculpture in Western art from the Renaissance to the present for increased aesthetic perception. (3 cr. hrs.) (Spring). Prerequisite: Eligible to take ENGL 1010. Writing in the content area. Meets SUNY General Education requirements in Western Civilization, Humanities, or The Arts.
Vocabulary and concepts of accounting and bookkeeping for the small business.  Provides some knowledge of accounting for working in a business environment and some skills to do the accounting in a small business organization.(4 cr. hrs.)  Cannot be taken for credit if credit has already been earned for ACCT 1030. (Grade level- 10-12th; Book to purchase) 4 cr hrs.

 Communication, decision making and critical thinking facilitated by the use of software using online tools and word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and database in simulated business environment to support other required business courses. (Grade level - 10-12th - Book to purchase)

 Introduction to the American legal system and specific topics that affect business conduct. Includes legal terminology, the court systems and civil procedures, business ethic, tort law, criminal law, intellectual property and computer law, common law contract and other topics as time permits. (3 cr hrs.) (Grade level 11-12th) Prerequisite: HS GPA 85% or higher- Eligible for ENGL 1010

 A study of the physiological, psychological and sociological effects of aging on individual health. Selected health problems, health care, and diseases specific to the elderly will be considered, as well as the well-being and enhancement of life styles of the elderly. Credits: 3; Grade level: 11-12th; No book to purchase

An introduction to psychology. Includes scientific method, measurement in psychology, motivation, learning, thinking and problem solving, perception, behavior disorders and varieties of treatment, biological basis of behavior, social determinants of behavior, human development and personality. (3 cr hrs.); Prerequisite: HS GPA 85% or higher; Digital book cost - $80 11-12th Grade -

 Social and cultural factors in the origin, structure and functioning of group life. Sub-divisions to be emphasized include social structure, culture, socialization, institutions, and stratification. (3 cr. hrs) 
Meets the General Education requirement in Social Sciences. (Grade level 11-12th; Prerequisite: High School GPA 85% or higher)

Develops self-awareness and audience awareness through oral presentation. Organize and present material in a variety of speaking occasions, including information, visualization, demonstration, argumentation, persuasion. (3 cr. hrs.) (Fall, Spring).
